  • We accept Credit and Debit Cards, also we accept payments by Internet Banking.

  • Shipping Policies
  • Products will be delivered within 7 Working days from the date of order (METRO Cities).
  • It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
  • Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
  • 1. The Seller offering the product
  • 2. Product's availability with the Seller
  • 3. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
  • There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Linx Solutions. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
  • You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in.
  • Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
  • Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.
  • Please enter your pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
  • If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
  • Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on whether the Seller ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location the availability of reliable courier partners in your location
  • At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
  • The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location .
  • 'Out of Stock' Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
  • 'Back In Stock Soon'. The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.

  • Refund Policies
  • Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
  • Wherever possible Ekart Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Ekart, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.
  • As of now, Linx Solutions doesn't deliver items internationally.
  • You will be able to make your purchases on our site from in India only with Net banking, credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
  • For orders placed using the online payment mode, refunds can be processed to your bank account via Immediate Payment Service (IMPS). You can update the details of the bank account where you would like to receive the refund while creating the return request for an item.
  • You will need to update following information for the seller to process a refund to your account:
  • The Bank Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Holder's Name
  • Bank Branch
  • Bank Name
  • IMPS refunds will typically be processed in one business day by sellers.

  • Cancellation
  • Sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy.
  • You can raise a request to return your items, once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly.
  • Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet by the seller. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to the seller.
  • The Buyer Protection policy mediates buyer-seller disputes. In case a seller declines your request for a return of an item and you are not convinced with the reason given, you can write to us at resolution@linxsolutions.in for Buyer Protection.
  • You can dispute the resolution that the seller has shared for your issue until 45 days from the date of delivery and concern is looked into by us on a case-to-case basis.
  • Refunds are given when:
  • The seller cannot provide a replacement
  • A dispute has been ruled in your favor in-line with Buyer Protection
  • Sellers allow refunds on select categories under certain conditions
  • Please check the seller's Returns Policy on the product page for more details.
  • If the pin code of the new address is serviceable for pick-up, the address can be changed while creating the return. The address cannot be changed in case the new address is not serviceable.
  • When pickup facility is not available for your location as per the courier service providers, you may be asked to ship the item back to the seller. Since the seller can arrange for a refund or a replacement only after the item reaches them, please make sure that the item is sent to the address mentioned in the return related email within 30 days of the email being sent to you.
  • The seller may not be able to proceed with the return request if the item does not reach the specified address within 30 days.
  • Once your return or replacement or exchange request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled. An SMS with more details will be sent to you on the day of the pickup.
  • In cases where pickup service is not available from the courier service providers at your location, you may be asked to ship the item back to the seller within 30 days of the return related email being sent to you.

  • Your online transaction on Linx Solutions is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. All credit card and debit card payments on Linx Solutions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
